Nate and I got a postcard from Rose, a relative (my Grandma's cousin) living to the north of Stuttgart. She requested our presence in Wuestenrot before the arrival of our baby, so we did a quick overnight. We got there in time for dinner on Saturday night, attended church with them on Sunday, and had the most scrumptious tea time before heading back to Stuttgart.
We took a few pictures during a walk through the Wuestenrot woods. Nate always loves to hike to see the redwood trees, and being the fabulous wife that I am, I agreed to go along on the hike (if only to be his photo model). In the end I was glad that I went. The air is so much cleaner away from the city, and the smell of late fall was heavy in the air.
