Elena had her one year check-up today, despite the fact that today she turns exactly thirteen months old. We learned the hard way that our insurance only covers a certain amount of "baby wellness" check-ups in a year. So, we scheduled her 6th check-up for 2010, despite her turning one in 2009. Oh well!
9.15 kilos = 20 pounds
74 cm = 29 inches long
Elena is also now the proud "owner" of the measles, mumps, and rubella. And I do believe she's got a bit of chicken pox floating around in her system as well. Why wasn't that vaccine invented when I was a kid?
I think I promised a video of her attacking the birthday cake as well. Enjoy!
