silly?

A week or so ago I read a blog post by a woman who lost one of her children. She was saying that she remembers the few days up until her daughter died, but can't remember the ten or the fifteen before. The days all have faded into that daily life kind of haze. Which got me thinking that I need to take more pictures of my girls.

I haven't been perfect about taking a picture a day, like I wanted to, but I have at least been getting a picture or two per week.

This week has been one of the hardest 'parenting' weeks of my life. Anni is teething, rashing, not sleeping, learning how to roll in every direction, whining... I think you get the picture. But man, she is still so stinking cute. When she turns to me with that (still) toothless grin, I just melt. As I should.
