Sniff

My husband is leaving on a rock climbing trip tonight and leaving me at home until SUNDAY!!! Argh, the pain!!!

I've been trying to decide what to do with all of my free time... I think I might go see the new Pride and Prejudice. It's coming out on Friday I believe. I might rake some leaves. I know that on Saturday night I am going to see Byron Cage in concert!!! Yeah!!!! Did I mention that the concert is free?!! You know, there are some real benefits to living in DC. Cool people come here to perform. And, Richard Smallwood is from here! I take that as he's got to perform here again at some point, and I will be there!

I really do enjoy living in a city where there are options for the weekend. Granted, Nate and I rarely seem to do anything, but it's always nice to know we have the option. For example, I've been wanting to see Nickel creek and Rascal Flatts in concert for quite a while. Nickelcreek came, and Rascal Flatts came twice! Needless to say I didn't go to the concerts, but I could have, and that makes all the difference.

I started buying Christmas presents this week. I've already boughten/ordered stuff for my Mom, both sisters, and one of my brothers. Not bad for mid/early November, eh? I'm trying to break up the purchases between multiple months on the old credit card. I'm going to try really hard this year to not make my credit card moan and groan with the pain of overusage in December. Every year though I am reminded at how much I enjoy buying presents! Ooooh, the delight in finding something absolutely perfect!

I guess I should get some work done and quit rambling around on my blog. Later.
