Countdown

Yesterday was my last day as an employee of the Wolf Group. We went to a nice lunch, then I finished up a few things and left at 5! It was weird and sad, but also a bit liberating at the same time. I had been so stressed out, even after busy season, so the load of responsibility being lifted was nice.

Today I am at home. I woke up without an alarm and now I'm just checking my e-mail and relaxing. I need to pack up my suitcase, as tomorrow the packers are coming to take everything else away. It seems like a daunting task to get this house ready for a move. BUT, I guess it needs to be done.

I also have several doctor appointments before I leave. I don't like going to the doctor, but I guess it's necessary! I think it's probably similar for most people "going to see the accountant" at tax time. Not the favorite time of year.

I've attached two pictures from my going away lunch. The first is of most of the Wolf Group. One of my bosses is not there. The other is of me, Adrienne, and Marivi with our intern "buddies". I made so many good friends while working there. I'm really going to miss them all.
