"Dye-ing" of boredom

Jess and I went out shopping for materials yesterday, and ended up coming home with a box of hair dye.


I haven't dyed my hair since right before my wedding (I had dyed it months previously when moving out to D.C., something about wanting a fresh start). For my wedding day I wanted to have my "natural" color back, so I went to a mall salon and asked the stylist to dye my hair the color of my roots. Needless to say, the dye job went bad, and so for eternity my wedding pictures will show me a red-head.


I figure that since most of my major life events (high school graduation, wedding) have my hair in various shades that are not my own, I might as well bring a child into this world in the same manner.


And so, here you have it folks, the product of two housewives and a rainy day with nothing else to do.
