Well, I've decided that I'm going to have to wait to upload our Turkey and Greece photos until I move home. Our internet just isn't fast enough to process the photos, or, better said, I don't have the patience to wait twelve hours for them to upload...
so...
to hold you over...
I've added the pictures that we took from our quick weekend trip to Prague to My Photo Gallery. We caught up with friends from D.C., and spent a few days basically just hanging out. I can't say that we visited every site that Prague had to offer, but we did really enjoy getting to chat with old friends. That, and the air conditioner in the hotel, made the drive totally worth it!!!
Oh: and I have to point out the highlight of the trip for the kids. The first night we were there, I asked the hotel front desk lady if she had a recommendation of a good restaurant that was child friendly. She smiled and sent us to this cool place with a train theme. Each table was connected by rail after rail of train track. When you ordered a drink, the trains would come directly to your table, wait for 20 seconds, and then back up and take off again. I'm not sure how many extra drinks we ordered so that Elena and Caleb could squeal with delight, but it was totally worth it. And the food was good. Perfect!
