Happy Halloween!

No, this isn't Halloween. Elena and her Daddy decided to play with scarves one morning. Pure cuteness followed.


Auntie Sheila was sick and Elena took great care of her!


Elena was a pink poodle for Halloween, although most people in the neighborhood kept saying "oh what a cute little sheep!" Seriously people, there is a logo of a poodle right on the costume!!! Oh well, at least they said she was cute : )


The only ones in our group that dressed up! Max was Max from Where the Wild Things Are book. Sarah was a... well... we kept changing what she was depending on our mood, but she was wearing black leather pants and a Hawaiian shirt. Katy was the angel of Music from Phantom of the Opera, and Nora an adorable tiger. Nate was a dude in Lederhosen, and Elena, a lovely pink poodle. The rest of us just came along for the ride, although we all came home with some chocolate in hand. Yum!


And finally, tonight we had to say goodbye to a dearly loved cousin. Sarah is heading back to Germany tomorrow and we will miss her big smile and sarcastic sense of humor. I'll never eat a steak or candy with peanut butter and chocolate without thinking of her! We'll miss you Sarah!!!
