Somewhere along the line, my two girls became lovers of popcorn. But not just normal popcorn. They refuse to eat popcorn unless I've melted butter and drizzled it on top. Seriously. It's good.
Feb. 4. A good day. The day my Momma was born.
As is our tradition, we got donuts at Carl's and then coffee at 30/30. Fun!!!!
Never enough pictures of the girls and their doggy!
A friend was asking how my adorable children were. I looked down, and this was what I saw.
A family favorite. Pizza at Costco!
One of my very dearest friends moved to Texas.
Before she left, we had a sleepover.
It was chaos, but it was beautiful.
More indoor play because...
this stuff didn't seem to want to quit.
Grandpa had his VERY LAST business trip to Panama. So, despite the hideous weather, we headed to the P-town airport to pick him up. We were noisy, but he loved it.
Then I decided that I needed a new car. So Nate, Zoey, and I drove to Indiana to pick up a Mazda 5.
That was definitely a first. We bought a car on e-Bay!
And then it snowed again.
But the girls really wanted to see Oma, so we decided to brave the elements. We were nearly clipped by a semi, but survived.
Since the girls were gone, Nate and I thought we'd buy fish and have a romantic dinner at home. Nate bought a fish we were unfamiliar with, and grilled it. And it was disgusting. The end!
And then they moved to Texas.
and I miss her.
and her.
But mostly her.
I'm hoping we can visit soon!
Church two year old girlies, and giant Annika (3).
I love watching them together. They get along so well. Most of the time.
Did I mention that I sprained my ankle. I think it was on Valentine's day. It is now April and it still isn't healed.
Love, love, love.
We had another family date night. As always, we went to the 50's diner. And, despite the way it looks, we had a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to more outdoor dates as spring is here! YAY!!!!!! Finally.
