
I am tired. I worked late last night.
I have been unable to sleep. I lay awake staring at the ceiling. I toss and turn.
I think it probably has something to do with sitting at a desk all day, coming home, not exercising, and going to bed.... When do you exercise if you get home at midnight and need to get up at 6:30? I'm not a psycho-path.
I started buying General Foods International Coffees. They make me pee a lot, but they keep me from being surly when I am tired. I never wanted to become addicted to caffeine; sadly it seems like it might happen. I am on cup number two and it is 2:35.

Last spring break when Nate and I started dating, we went down to Gulf Shores, Alabama with Jeff and Abby and stayed in a KOA campground. Our little haven cost $50 a night. Divided by four, the nights were freezing but the price was right.

green tea! It is better for you. Sorry but what goes in comes out (unless you excercise). The amount you Pee will stay the same. But there is nothing like Starbucks!!!!
heh, steph, you need some natural L-Theanine, it promotes relaxation and stess reduction. It can be taken throughout the day without making you sleepy but supposedly at night help you sleep b/c you are relaxed. It is an ingredient in tea.
